First up is a complete explanation of how the Blind Auditions work: The Judges-- Camden, ILink, Spirit, and yours truly-- watch an anonymous player's replay, if only one of the mentors picks that player, then that player goes to that mentor's team. If more than one mentor chooses a player, the auditioner gets to pick the team, leaving the mentors in a tough spot trying to convince why the player should be on their team.
